Hamas accused Israel of violating the ceasefire agreement by preventing displaced Palestinians from returning from southern Gaza to the north.

Hamas also claimed that Israel is delaying the release of Israeli hostage Arbel Yehud, despite confirming she is still alive.

For its part, Israel held Hamas responsible for violating the agreement by not releasing Arbel Yehud and failing to provide a detailed list of hostages.

Israel announced that Palestinians would not be allowed to return to northern Gaza until the hostage is released.
