One person was killed and four others injured when an explosive device exploded in the lobby of a residential building northwest of Moscow.
A spokesman for the Russian emergencies services said the targeted building was a 29-storey building in the ‘Aliei Barossa’ residential complex on Aviatsionaya Street, north-west of Moscow. Security services are working at the scene, he said.
Russia’s Federal Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the explosion.
Prosecutors are still working to determine the circumstances of the incident.
