Russian drones launched sporadic attacks in Ukraine, with explosions heard in the capital, Kyiv, and power, water, and heating outages affecting most residents in the city of Odesa.

Russia announced that it had intercepted and shot down 21 Ukrainian drones within an hour on Tuesday.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its air defense systems downed most of the drones over the Bryansk region in the country’s west.
