A Syrian oil ministry official revealed today, Sunday, that the Kurdish administration in the northeast of the country has resumed oil deliveries to government-controlled areas for the first time since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad.
He pointed out that contracts between the two sides were modified to serve the interests of the Syrian people, with 150,000 barrels of oil and 1 million cubic meters of gas being delivered daily for a period of three months.
Meanwhile, Turkey-backed attacks against the Syrian Democratic Forces have continued since last November.
