Russian-American talks have begun in Istanbul to normalize the work of diplomatic and consular missions and remove obstacles imposed by the previous U.S. administration.
These discussions are taking place at the U.S. consulate in Istanbul.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that both sides will discuss issues such as employment, visas, and diplomatic banking services, as part of addressing the obstacles created by the previous U.S. administration regarding the functioning of both embassies.
