The Hamas Movement affirmed in a message directed to the Arab Summit in Cairo its commitment to completing the stages of the ceasefire agreement.

The resistance movement had previously announced its rejection of the Israeli occupation’s proposal to extend the first phase of the truce in Gaza, describing it as “unacceptable.”

At the same time, talks regarding a permanent ceasefire in the sector remain stalled due to the occupation’s retreat from its withdrawal from the Philadelphi Route.
