Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky refused to apologize to U.S. President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance following a verbal altercation during their meeting, asserting, “I did nothing wrong.”

Zelensky explained that his visit aimed to discuss ways to end the war with Russia and to sign an agreement regarding rare minerals, noting that the meeting escalated into a heated confrontation due to differing positions.

He emphasized that U.S. support for Ukraine over the past three years has been crucial, warning of the difficulties in defending his country if this support were to be halted.
