Tunisia’s inflation rate fell to 5.7% in February, down from around 6% in January.
The National Institute of Statistics attributed this decline to a slowdown in the prices of food, clothing, and health services.
Additionally, the prices of housing and household energy decreased to 3.9% in February, compared to 4.1% in January.
According to the data, “industrial goods” and “agricultural products” contributed the highest percentages to overall inflation, with each accounting for 2%.
