A group of Israeli negotiators has departed for the Qatari capital, Doha, to resume talks on a ceasefire in Gaza, according to official sources.

Hamas has confirmed its full commitment to the agreement and its readiness to begin negotiations for the second phase.

At the same time, the Israeli occupation government has issued instructions to the army to prepare for an “immediate” return to combat, despite expectations of giving more time to mediators, including the United States.
