Ukraine’s Air Force announced on Tuesday that its air defenses successfully shot down 63 out of 79 drones launched by Russia in a large-scale aerial attack overnight.

According to the Ukrainian military, Russia carried out the assault using Shahed drones and other decoy models launched from the Oryol, Bryansk, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk regions.

The attack was countered by air defense units, electronic warfare teams, and mobile fire teams from Ukraine’s Air Force and Air Defense Forces.
