The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity announced on Wednesday evening the opening of the new headquarters of the German Embassy in the Genzour area of Tripoli.
The ministry stated on its Facebook page that this step reflects Germany’s commitment to enhancing its diplomatic presence in Libya since resuming its work on September 9, 2021.
The event was attended by the acting head of the Ministry, Taher Al-Baour, who expressed the government’s appreciation for this initiative, reaffirming support for bilateral relations and facilitating the work of diplomatic missions in Libya.
