The Yemeni Houthi group announced on Thursday morning its responsibility for launching a ballistic missile targeting Ben Gurion Airport of the Israeli occupation, asserting that it “will prevent Israeli navigation” in the Red Sea.
This was stated in a release by the Houthis, who explained that they have escalated their targeting of hostile naval vessels in the Red Sea, including the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman.
The Houthis confirmed that the attack was carried out using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones, noting that U.S. strikes would not deter them from targeting the “Israeli enemy” in response to its atrocities in Gaza.
