Fires Erupt in Odesa and Zaporizhia Following Russian Airstrikes on Ukraine

Fires broke out in the cities of Odesa and Zaporizhia following overnight airstrikes by Russian forces as part of a large-scale attack targeting various areas in Ukraine. In the vicinity of Zaporizhia, the shelling resulted in six injuries, including a four-year-old child, with two houses destroyed and three others damaged.

In the coastal city of Odesa, three people were injured, and a high-rise residential building and a shopping center sustained severe damage, leading to power outages.

The Ukrainian military reported that Russia conducted 94 airstrikes using 151 missiles and nearly 3,000 “kamikaze” drones.
