Israeli Occupation Imposes Restrictions in Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Old City of occupied Jerusalem has witnessed security restrictions imposed by the Israeli occupation as the third Friday of the blessed month of Ramadan approaches, amidst a growing number of Palestinians arriving to perform prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.

This escalation comes in light of increasing tensions following the resumption of Israeli military attacks on Gaza, raising concerns about the worsening violence and human casualties in the devastated enclave.

During the previous Friday of Ramadan, entry to the Al-Aqsa Mosque for Palestinians was limited to men over the age of 55 and women over the age of 50.
