Khamenei: U.S. Threats Will Not Affect Iran’s Support for Houthis

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated that U.S. threats against Iran will yield no results, emphasizing Tehran’s continued support for the Houthi group in Yemen.

This came during remarks made on Friday in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s warning to Iran to cease its support for the Houthis.

Khamenei said in a speech in Tehran, “Americans should understand well that they will achieve nothing through threatening Iran,” warning against any military actions by the U.S. and its allies, asserting that such steps would have significant repercussions.
