Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to act as an aggressor in the war, as Russian airstrikes on Ukraine persist despite a limited ceasefire agreement.

Zelensky emphasized the need for increased pressure on Russia to achieve a sustainable ceasefire.

Meanwhile, Russian negotiator Grigory Karasin expressed hope for “some progress” in talks set to take place in Saudi Arabia on Monday.

Ukraine confirmed it would compile a list of facilities that could be included in the ceasefire, including railway and port infrastructure.
