The Israeli Security Cabinet (the cabinet) has approved a proposal by Defense Minister Israel Katz to create a special administration to oversee what the Israeli occupation describes as the “voluntary relocation” of residents of the Gaza Strip to third countries.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense announced that this administration will organize the departure procedures for Palestinians who wish to leave.

Katz confirmed that his plan aligns with the vision of U.S. President Donald Trump, noting that it will provide Gaza residents with the opportunity to travel to other countries under “safe and organized” arrangements.
