On Saturday, Syrian Transitional President Ahmed al-Shara announced the formation of a new government, pledging to address social and economic issues as well as human rights concerns.

During the announcement ceremony, al-Shara emphasized the importance of working to build the nation and overcome challenges.

He also committed to establishing a strong national army to protect Syria, attracting Syrian human resources from abroad, and creating an effective response system for emergencies.
