British Foreign Secretary David Lammy announced that the UK has suspended arms exports to the Israeli occupation after it became clear there were “clear violations of international law in Gaza.”
Lammy emphasized that Israeli settlements harm the two-state solution and weaken peace prospects.
He also stressed the importance of returning to a ceasefire agreement to secure the release of all hostages, highlighting the roles of Egypt and Qatar.
He warned that annexing Palestinian territories would exacerbate violence, expressing grave concern over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza, where around 400 aid workers have been killed since the war began.
