The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Saturday that 21 martyrs and 64 injured individuals were admitted to hospitals across the Strip over the past 24 hours, due to continued Israeli airstrikes.
Since the resumption of the war on March 18, the number of martyrs has reached 1,563, with 4,004 injuries documented.
The ministry added that the total number of martyrs since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, has now climbed to 50,933, while 116,045 people have been injured.
Rescue teams continue to face challenges in retrieving bodies from under the rubble and reaching victims stranded in the streets, as the bombardment and field conditions remain extremely dangerous.
