Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived in Kuwait on Monday, marking the second stop of his Gulf tour which began with a visit to Qatar.
He was received at the Amiri Airport by Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, and Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Youssef Al-Sabah, in a ceremony that underscored the depth of bilateral ties.
This marks President El-Sisi’s second official visit to Kuwait since taking office in 2014, following his first in 2015.
