Iran Expresses Concern Over Shift of Nuclear Talks to Italy

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqaei stated on Wednesday that changing the venue for Iranian-American nuclear talks is “like changing the rules in their favor,” warning that this move could “jeopardize any potential start.”

This comes after reports indicated that the talks, initially set to take place in Oman, would be relocated to Rome.

Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani confirmed that the Italian government agreed to host the session.
