A Russian drone attack in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro has killed three people, including a young girl, and injured dozens.

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening, causing widespread fires and damaging several residential buildings, just hours before U.S., European, and Ukrainian officials meet in Paris to discuss the ongoing conflict.
