Sectarian clashes in Syria have resulted in the deaths of over 100 people in two days, mostly Druze fighters, according to a new toll from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The observatory reported 30 security personnel and fighters from the Syrian Ministry of Defense killed, alongside 21 Druze militants and 10 civilians, including the former mayor of Sahnaia and his son.
