Israeli media sources reported that two soldiers were killed and four others injured in an explosion of a mine inside a tunnel in Rafah.

It is still unclear whether the tunnel was rigged by the Palestinian resistance or if the explosion was accidental.

This comes as the occupation plans to call up around 60,000 reservists in preparation for an expansion of the ground operation in Gaza, with the Hebrew newspaper “Haaretz” stating that the army will begin calling up reserve soldiers tonight.
