The U.S. State Department announced that an important announcement will be made in the coming days regarding the entry of aid into Gaza, indicating that this announcement will include “very good news.”
These statements come at a sensitive time as the humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate.
In a related context, Egypt rejected on Tuesday the Israeli plans to expand its military attack on the Gaza Strip.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atti stated that “the rumors about the possibility of expanding the aggression against Gaza are completely unacceptable,” calling on the international community to “confront them.”
He added that “Egypt continues its efforts to stop the Israeli massacres,” emphasizing the necessity of returning to a ceasefire agreement.
