Fourth Round of Indirect US-Iran Talks Concludes in Muscat

The fourth round of indirect negotiations between the United States and Iran concluded in Muscat, Oman, lasting three hours, as efforts continue to reach a comprehensive understanding of the Iranian nuclear program ahead of President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to the Middle East.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqaei described the talks as “challenging but beneficial,” noting that Oman will coordinate the next round of negotiations, which will be announced later.
