Harvard University Sues Trump Administration Over Ban on Foreign Students

Harvard University filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s administration on Friday after the decision to ban foreign student admissions.

The university described the action as a “flagrant violation” of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

It noted that the decision had an “immediate and severe” impact on over 7,000 visa-holding students.

The Department of Homeland Security also ordered the termination of Harvard’s program for students and exchange visitors.
