The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) announced today (Wednesday) that the first vanguard of Saudi aid for the Syrian people will fly from King Khalid International Airport to Damascus International Airport, loaded with food, shelter and medical supplies to help alleviate the effects of the difficult conditions currently facing the Syrian people.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, Advisor to the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the Centre, said: “The air relief bridge launched today will be followed by another land bridge in the coming days to provide urgent relief to the Syrian brothers.
