Emergency services rushed to downtown Liverpool after a car struck several people celebrating Liverpool’s victory in the Premier League.

Merseyside Police confirmed that the vehicle was stopped at the scene and one person was arrested.

The police issued a statement saying, “We are currently dealing with reports of a collision on the road in downtown Liverpool.”
