Two people were killed and 15 others injured in Russian drone strikes on the cities of Odesa and Sumy, destroying buildings and vital facilities, and forcing the evacuation of hundreds of civilians.

According to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, the strikes caused significant damage to structures and homes, leading to the evacuation of over 200 civilians.

These attacks coincide with Ukraine and the United States signing a rare minerals deal.
