Syria Accuses Israeli Occupation of Undermining Stability and Seizes Dozens of Captagon Drug Labs

Syrian Foreign Minister Assad al-Shibani stated on Wednesday that the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli occupation aim to “undermine Syria’s progress and stability,” following an Israeli attack in the southern part of the country.

In a separate context, Syrian Interior Minister Anas Khattab announced the seizure of all Captagon pill production labs, noting that authorities have managed to halt the manufacturing of these drugs and confiscate the equipment used.

He clarified that most of the labs were located in the Damascus countryside and along the Lebanese border, asserting that there are currently no labs producing Captagon in Syria.
