FIFA announced on Friday that more than one million tickets have been sold for the 2026 World Cup following the conclusion of the pre-sale phase organized by Visa.
In a statement, the governing body said fans from 212 countries and territories participated in purchasing tickets during the pre-sale period, which began in mid-September.
The top buyers came from the three host nations — the United States, Canada, and Mexico — followed by England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France.
