At least 33 Palestinians were killed on Wednesday in a series of Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, including densely populated areas and shelters for displaced families, according to medical sources and eyewitnesses.

The strikes targeted homes and tents of displaced people and aid seekers, leaving at least eight dead while waiting for food assistance.

In the latest attack, an Israeli airstrike hit a house in Jabalia al-Nazla, killing three Palestinians and injuring ten others.

In al-Zaytoun neighborhood, four members of the same family were killed when warplanes struck a religious endowment building sheltering displaced civilians, sparking a major fire.

Elsewhere, five family members, including parents and children, were killed in al-Shati refugee camp, while four more—among them children—were killed when a tent for displaced families near the Islamic University was bombed.
