The Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip reported that the death toll from Israel’s military campaign since October 2023 has risen to 72,082, with 171,761 people injured.

Hospitals received nine bodies and four wounded individuals over the past 24 hours, the ministry said.

Despite a ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, violations have continued, resulting in 618 additional deaths and 1,663 injuries since then, amid calls for Israel to adhere to the truce and allow humanitarian aid into the territory.
