On the fifty-first day of the ceasefire, the Israeli occupation launched a series of airstrikes on areas in central and southern Gaza, targeting sites inside the “yellow line” near al-Bureij camp and areas east of Khan Younis.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the number of martyrs since the start of the war, more than two years ago, has exceeded 70,000 people, including 354 martyrs killed since the beginning of the ceasefire as a result of attacks by the occupation.
The renewed strikes raise fears that the fragile truce may collapse, potentially leading to a return to large-scale attacks on the Strip.
