The Gulf Cup Football Federation on Sunday announced the list of eight clubs set to compete in the second edition of the Gulf Champions League for the 2025–2026 season.
The participating teams, nominated by their respective national football associations, include: Al Rayyan (Qatar), Al Ain (UAE), Sitra (Bahrain), Al Shabab (Saudi Arabia), Zakho (Iraq), Al Nahda (Oman), Tadamun Hadhramout (Yemen), and Al Qadsia (Kuwait).
This announcement comes as part of ongoing preparations for the regional tournament, which aims to strengthen football competition across the Gulf, foster professional exchange, and elevate the overall standard of the sport in the region.
