The Israeli occupation army announced that it had received the remains of two hostages from the International Committee of the Red Cross as part of a ceasefire deal with Hamas in Gaza.
The Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed that it handed over “the bodies of two occupation prisoners” as part of a prisoner exchange.
This came a day after Israeli airstrikes on northern Gaza killed 104 people, including 46 children, according to Palestinian Civil Defense.
It was the deadliest day since the truce, brokered by the United States, took effect on October 10.
