The Palestinian movement Hamas on Thursday reaffirmed its commitment to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, saying it is working to return all remaining bodies of Israeli captives in the devastated enclave.
“The process of recovering the bodies may take some time, as some were buried in tunnels destroyed by the occupation forces, while others remain under the rubble of bombed buildings,” the group said in a statement.
Hamas stressed its “commitment to implementing the agreement and ensuring the return of all remaining bodies,” according to Agence France-Presse (AFP).
