Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah has expressed gratitude to Ali Larijani, head of Iran’s parliamentary Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy, for what he described as Tehran’s “ongoing support” in confronting Israel.

During their meeting in Beirut on Thursday, Nasrallah praised the Islamic Republic’s “steadfast” stance on the Palestinian cause and its backing of resistance movements across the region, noting that this support has been “a key pillar in strengthening the resistance’s ability to face Israeli challenges.”

Larijani, for his part, affirmed that Iran “will continue to stand by the resistance forces until the Palestinian people achieve their legitimate rights,” stressing that regional security is “tied to ending the Israeli occupation.”
