Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Naeem Qassem confirmed the party’s rejection of a timetable for disarmament amid ongoing Israeli aggression, warning of missile strikes against the occupation if a broader war is waged on Lebanon.

Qassem emphasized that the priority is to protect Lebanon from Israeli attacks, rejecting international pressure, especially from the United States, to disarm the resistance.

His statements come as the Lebanese Cabinet holds a session to discuss the consolidation of arms in the hands of the state, amid American pressures and continued Israeli drone flights over southern Lebanon.
