Yemen’s Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree announced on Tuesday that the group fired two ballistic missiles at Israel, one of which targeted Ben Gurion Airport.
The second ballistic missile was fired at what he described as an Israeli ‘vital target’ east of Jaffa, Sareei said in a brief statement posted on his account on the X platform.
Earlier today, the Israeli army announced that it had intercepted a missile and another ‘projectile’ launched from Yemen. ‘A missile launched from Yemen was intercepted and caused alarms in several areas inside Israel,’ it said on its Telegram account in a first statement.
