Israeli forces have continued a series of intensive airstrikes on Gaza over the past few days, with attacks intensifying overnight and persisting into Tuesday morning as part of a systematic campaign targeting buildings to force residents to flee south.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli forces demolished homes in the southern Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in the southwest of the city, while heavy bombardment continues across southern Gaza.

Medical sources confirmed that the death toll has risen to more than 40 since early Tuesday, with dozens more injured. Authorities warn of a worsening humanitarian crisis as aerial and artillery attacks continue to strike multiple areas of the Gaza Strip, particularly in the city of Gaza.
