Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi warned European countries they could become “legitimate targets” if they join U.S. and Israeli attacks against Iran.

Speaking to reporters, he said Tehran had informed European governments of the need to refrain from involvement in the ongoing war.

Takht-Ravanchi added that Iran has lost trust in the U.S. administration despite negotiations held in Geneva, stressing that his country would take the necessary measures to protect its sovereignty.
