Israel on Tuesday demanded the release of all hostages held in Gaza, declaring that it had entered the decisive phase of its campaign against Hamas, following the group’s acceptance of a ceasefire proposal brokered by Egyptian and Qatari mediators.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office stated, “Israel’s policy is firm and unchanged. We demand the release of all 50 hostages. We will not leave anyone behind.”
