Israeli media reported on Wednesday that the Israeli Air Force, Military Intelligence (AMAN), and the Northern Command have raised their alert level in anticipation of a potential U.S. strike on Iran, following statements by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Tehran.

The Israeli army radio stated that officials are convinced that a U.S. strike is “a matter of time” and that the military is preparing defensively and offensively, including bolstering the readiness of its air defense systems.

Maariv newspaper reported that the heightened alert has not yet led to any changes in the internal security posture, noting that measures are currently limited to military preparations along the northern border.
