Israeli forces intensified airstrikes, artillery fire, and demolition of buildings and infrastructure across four cities in the Gaza Strip early on Saturday, in apparent violations of the ceasefire that came into effect on Oct. 10, according to local sources.

Eyewitnesses said dozens of air raids targeted areas east of Rafah and Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, as well as the Al-Tuffah and Al-Shujaiya neighborhoods in eastern Gaza City, which are under Israeli control under the ceasefire agreement. The attacks were accompanied by intermittent artillery fire and the use of explosives to destroy residential buildings and facilities.
