Jordan’s armed forces confirmed on Saturday that its Royal Air Force participated in US strikes against the ISIS terror group in southern Syria as part of Operation Eagle Eye.

The US launched the raids a week after ISIS carried out an attack in Syria’s Palmyra that killed three Americans.

US Central Command said the strikes hit 70 sites with 100 precision munitions, killing at least five ISIS fighters.
