Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei vowed that Tehran would firmly confront U.S. attempts to “subjugate” it, stressing that Iran’s resilience in the recent war proved Washington and its allies unable to impose their dictates.
His remarks come amid mounting military warnings of a potential new war, with senior armed forces advisor Yahya Rahim Safavi declaring that Iran is “in a state of war” and preparing for all contingencies.
