The Israeli Knesset’s National Security Committee approved a bill allowing the execution of Palestinian prisoners accused of killing Israeli settlers, paving the way for a final vote.

The bill is supported by Itamar Ben-Gvir and the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, amid warnings over its legal and international consequences.
